Temporary Water Booster Systems

 As a Service to Local Contractors who purchase a Specialized Pump Domestic Water Booster  System We will provide a temporary pump for that job site. There will be no charge for the Temporary Pump if it is returned and is in operating condition otherwise normal prices will prevail. **

Temporary Simplex-Vertical Pump Station

Conditions: 30GPM@50 PSI at the Top of Building 

No Less than 20 PSI incoming Pressure

       208-230/460 VAC - Three Phase

• Vertical Multi-Stage Pump, ITT-Goulds Model 3SV

• Control Panel

• Low City Pressure Alarm

• High System Pressure Cutout

• 2" Suction and 2" Discharge Ball Valves

• 2" In-Line Strainer

• 2" Pressure Reducing Valve  (2" Check Valve on Variable Speed Systems)

• Suction and Discharge Copper Piping with Fittings

• System mounted on a steel base

• Fiberglass Pressure Tank, 119 Gallons, 125 PSI, Non-ASME**

                For Buildings up to 25 Stories -    5 Horsepower System 

                For Buildings up to 40 Stories - 7.5 Horsepower System 

                For Buildings up to 60 Stories -  10 Horsepower System  ( Variable Speed Drive)

 Conditions: 15GPM@20 PSI at the Top of Building

No Less than 20 PSI incoming Pressure

110/230 VAC - Single Phase

For Buildings up to 10 Stories -    1.5 Horsepower System 

• Jet Pump, ITT-Goulds Model J15S**

• Low City Pressure Alarm

• High System Pressure Cutout

• Suction and Discharge Ball Valves

• In-Line Strainers

• Fiberglass Pressure Tank, 86 Gallons, 125 PSI, Non-ASME

 * The 1.5 Jet Pump systems are not  part of the loaner program, these systems must be purchased.

Temporary Pump System Warranty

• At time of Delivery, Specialized Pump Company, Inc. will warrant each water pumping system against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of One (1) year.

• Each pre-piped S.P.E.C. electrical control panel will be covered by a One (1) year warranty on all internal electrical controls.

** Tank must be purchased separately.... Temp Pump loaner does not apply to  ITT-Goulds Model J15S Jet Pump
